This is a clean, crisp, Kolsch style beer that combines a delicate fruitiness derived from fresh European style hops and a pure German Ale yeast strain from a brewpub in Cologne with an appetizing malt character created using premium malts from Germany and Australia.
The beer has a wide appeal with beer drinkers from those who enjoy ‘just a brew’ to the more discerning drinker who enjoys a European style beer. It is an excellent choice for having with lighter dishes or spicy curries
