A clean, crisp, and refreshing pale
lager. The bottom-fermenting yeast strain we use has a very mild ester profile, which allows citrus hop flavour to bleed through nicely. Mild bitterness and medium carbonation tie it together resulting in a thirst-quenching, morish lager, great for any occasion.
