We’ve used the finest ingredients from our mates at Gladfield Malt combined with traditional European brewing processes, giving this Pils great body, mouthfeel with a clean and tight head and crisp carbonation.
Our hopping regime has a nod to classic Pilsners with a twist for Aussie conditions using new world hops and techniques. Stone Fruit and Citrus flavours coming through from Hallertau Blanc and Mandarin Bavaria hops.
We’re not craft, we’re chill. In a village where community, good vibes and welcome smiles come first, we set out to be just that – a brewery for all.
