This crisp Westy hits all the right dank & resinous notes with a balanced malt character and, in typical Bracket fashion, just a sprinkle of Kiwi hops (HEAPS ?).
We chose to hero @freestylehops Southern Cross varietal in this Westy, a hop we don’t think gets enough love. Pair it with some Mosaic and Waimea you’ve got yourself a WCIPA that will continue to beckon for another sip, try it yourself & report back
