We are generally known for big beers but recently we’ve been trying to offer something a little lighter and full of flavour . We’ve had a great reception with our taproom exclusives so we decided to put this iteration into tins.
A big hit of Citra at the start of the ferment to get as much biotransformation as possible, followed by terminal dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin.
